So who designed the other CAFE Press Items? Whoever it was, it looks like they'd have an easy job of the jersey.

Big cycling Panda on Front with SoCal bikeforums logo
Big cycling Panda on Back with SoCal bikeforums logo
Small panda on sleeves (with or without bike)
Maybe: SoCal bikeforums around the collar.

For colors, I suggest the bright blue of the forum header, with the same color scheme for the panda and the SoCal as used in the header above.
