I got a fresh package of Cracker Barrel's extra oldest cheddar and some cranberry muesli bread to celebrate today with.

Re: intervals, I'm really slow so I'm trying to get less slow so I don't have to run for such a long time before eating brunch.

Gotta get my bike back on the trainer. Arms too sore.

Last night, the wind was so bad, that being deep down in the drops wasn't enough. I had to grab the bars next to the stem to tuck in tight, but gave up on this position after a mile due to arm fatigue. Then I did a lot of heavy lifting during venue breakdown, pulling the bases from the traffic cones and stacking them. My lower back was killin' me when I went to bed last night, but it feels ok (but fatigued) today. Arms, however, are very tight.

Getting less slow is a goal for me at TT, too. I have friends who finished around 23:00. That's at least two beers of time difference.

I'm supposed to do 30-45 minutes on bike today.
I'm not feeling it right this minute. I think it will be after dinner tonight.

I want to get in an hour of aerobic base. If I can get the damned thing back on the trainer. I need a masseur for my poor, skinny li'l ol' arms.

Finally managed to mount my bike on my trainer!

Lookin' forward to a nice little endurance-level spin.

whew. I think I'm tired. Another ride in the books this evening and the wind was nothing compared to the previous 2 evenings, but seemed harder. I think the intervals Tuesday, going a bit harder than I should have yesterday (duh), and not going to bed early enough last night had a little impact. That and I don't think I had enough to eat today.

24mi/1:30hr with 2x8min z4 intervals.

Just did ten miserable miles in the cold and wind, as our skies thicken up prior to more rain tonight. Didn't help that I have that cold....so nose running, everything achy...uggg...

That's why I run fast : to get to the food before everyone else.

Cue irony.

As far as that #30daysofbiking is concerned I had another weak s
showing: 15 min. In jeans, on the trainer. I had no energy for anything more.

Color me tired.
