We are signed up for the 100 did it last year, depends on my buddy last year he did it but not sure if he’s up to doing the 100 will see how he fills a 61. I'm giving him a ride so if he’s not up to it I will cut it short.
As far as rebuilding the road from what I hear that are on planning on it at all and are going to just close the section.
I can say if you want to challenge the new re-route rather than turn left and going around the school, go straight up the wall you will be looking at my GPS reads 27% in spots when you get to the end of the road (not far) make a left and it will run back into the ride route in about 30 yards one hell of a wall!!! My front wheel has a hard time staying on the ground when I go straight up it.
What route are you guys planning on?

This is the new section replacing Anchovy short climb that reaches 16% even if its only 10 yards or so.

Hi, I am inexperience rider who started road biking this year...I am looking to join a team since this is my first long distance ride of any kind. I don't work at Lockeed Martin but can I still join and do a 60 mile ride with you?

The team captain will take care of you. You will probably have to get yours at the event just before the start. Better wear one just in case something happens. I sent an email to the captain and told him about you. Once you make contact be sure to tell him your size jersey.

Damn, TrentL I see you joined and with some gusto too. You wasted no time in raising some funds for the ADA. Good job. I should mention, you may already know, that at the level of funds you have raised you already qualify for the ADA Thank You gift of a free TDC jersey. I have several and they are nice. You do not see these on the street everywhere.

You say you have not done a 60 miler before so if you have any questions you can PM me or ask right here. Thanks for joining us and the ADA cause. This is a family event too so if you want to bring some or a friend do so. A few SO and GF hang while others ride so there will be someone to talk with.
