I have a webinar at 10 and have no interest in it...no obligation to attend but will probably do it anyway, since nothing else I have to do appeals to me, either.

I need to change clothes and get out for a ride this evening. I need 71 miles by end of Friday to have 500 for the month of August. I'm thinking about 25mi each day will do the trick.

Internet connection dropped the webinar about halfway through.

Rode the local TT practice tonight. Off my best time by :18. Boo.

Gotta register for Sunday's race. Nothing like waiting until the last minute.

Morning is that crickets I hear? Why yes it is.

Up at 4:30am, check the doggie and her bandages are once again not covering what they're supposed to be covering. I think it's just the general movement she does...I changed those, and the wounds are coming along quite nicely now. Right side puncture still oozing a bit, but all others have stopped.

I managed to get in 21.5mi/1:16hr yesterday...465mi for the month. I might try to ride again this evening, but if 465 is all I get, I'll be very happy. I'm going to attempt another 200k on Sunday too....

Guess I better get off of here and fix the doggie's breakfast. Still have 45min to kill - I have a dentist appointment at 7am today....

Somedays it pays to not even get out of bed.
IT installed the wrong software on my computer 2 days ago. I was going to start work on a project yesterday afternoon.....couldn't find what I needed. Email to IT guy "ummm....I don't see the software I ordered....here's a screen print".
Him: "I installed it"

So...I go to another screen and screen print "you installed std.....I ordered professoinal"
Him: "ok...I'll email you when I have time to fix it"
Me: "I have to leave a bit early....I'm leaving the pc on for you".

This morning I still don't have the software I need...and see that he sent an email at 4:40 yesterday...."Can I do this now?"

:Rolleyes: WTF do you think my email meant?
And it's been going back and forth this morning....
him: "I see the computer is locked"
Me: "No, it's not...I'm using it to email you"
3 times.....finally, I determine he's using locked instead of logged on.

Awakenings is on.....That movie gets to me every single time its on. It's very well acted, and the story it tells...knowing its based on a true story. I can't even begin to imagine what it was like.

Evening VV!
It's been a helluva day here.
First, I log on to find the IT guy is an id10T.
Then a cop knocks on the door. Appears my car, along with all the others on the road were burglarized last night. My prescription sunglasses, my CD's, my old CB radio, and a first aid kit were taken. WTF someone's going to do with prescription sunglasses is beyond me...the other stuff, I can kind of see....but hell, I'd have given someone that CB radio if they wanted it.
Any who....I also got a sight for my new bow. I'll be doing a few FITA competitions next year, once I get dialed in.
Oh...and I'm still working right now, as there are quite a few last minute requests being made.
