Dang, don't know how this post slipped under my radar. Thanks, WP!

I'd thought I might need a 54-55 frame, vs my 55-56 road frame, but wasn't sure.

How did you accomodate for the difference in frame size as regards to pedal-saddle height? Up the seatpost a bit? I just don't want to wind up with a frame that is too small such that I wind up with knee issues....

Do let me know how your final fitting leaves you with regard to your saddle height (from ground) vs the saddle height above ground on your roadbike.

Damn. Got a registered package in the mail on Saturday from my bank in Austria. Finally opened it and the documents therein have me confused as to where I am in this unending process. Almost appears as though all is ok and moving forward, and yet, my spidey-senses are tingling. I'll have to write to my bank rep there for clarification as regards the implications of these "new" forms (which I'm sure I've filled out already), given that all seems to point otherwise to an imminent conclusion to this nightmare.

Here's hoping that my trepidation is unwarranted....

Morning.
I don't want to go to switzerland. Thank you very much mr. A.

And today is already off to a bad start. I got an email that says 3rd notice and my boss was cc'd. I've already done what's being asked in that email 3 fucking times. I saved a screen print of it this time. I'm pissed at the moment.

I hear you, MV. I hate it when my day starts out cleaning up after someone else. At least you can show that you've already done what you were asked to do.

It's freakishly chilly in my house, even though the furnace is cycling. Guess I should bump up the set-temp a bit. It's currently at 64F.

Need more coffee. brb.

I started today by waking up 20 minutes late, since I forgot to turn on the alarm. Only got to work about 10 minutes later than I wanted to though.

I'm debating how to get my strength and cardio in each week.
I want to do 3 days of each every week......but I want to work on running and biking.
I think it's going to be 2 days of bike and 1 day of dreadmill, then the following week 2 days on the dreadmill and 1 day on the bike. Repeat and rinse.

I need a nap. I need a place to take a nap. Someplace w/ sound proofing so they won't hear me snoring.

I have several big projects that have to do with the running of our association and not with selling houses, the deadlines are closing in, and the pressure is fierce.

So I scheduled some "me" time and it was just what I needed.

Color me happy.
