This, by the way, is related to her earlier charges stemming from an arrest back in Feb 2012, and not from the charges related to the cyclist she ran down and nearly killed while driving impaired in July of last year:

Next court appearance for the felony H&R: February 25, 2013. Same courthouse, same room, same session...as usual.

She'll have squatter's rights soon, as she's spent so much time in that room.

Don't yet know the disposition of the earlier drug case against her, but she next appears in the same courtroom, same session, on April 22 regarding the hit-and-run charges.

Re the felony manufacturing drug charge, she got a suspended sentence with probation for 18 months. Methinks the felony hit-and-run will negate the probation.

Next court appearance: July 22, 2013. Same courthouse, same room, same session. What a nice birthday present (her birthday is July 18).
