They sell it at my albertson's in the organic isle.

I liked the reported video....But being who I am I started looking for rebuttals. I only found 1 and between them(video and blog) I think I will choose to cut fructose.

I find it at my local grocery store, which operates only in the Southeast.

Edit: I just found out that Trader Joe's might also carry it, though perhaps a different brand.

The brand I like and use:

Some info about different kinds of agave nectar and syrups.

Oh, I get it now that I see the bottle. My bottle is clear and called Silver from Blue Agave.

I usually drink my hot tea straight, but when I want it a little sweet, I am as likely to add blue agave nectar as I am to add sugar. And it tastes just as good. Have yet to try blue agave nectar in iced tea, but this is on tap next time I brew some.

FWIW, blue agave nectar (from weber azul) is low-glycemic. I've spiked a bottle of water with it on a long summer bike ride for carb repletion, and that worked out pretty well.

My bad. I'm droppin' this from my diet. Not that I use any sweetener so often that I'd miss it.

I think if you eat sugar reasonably, not too much it's totally fine, you shouldn't become crasy about sugar like those ladies who count every SINGLE calorie. Sugar gives some benefites as well. I know one guy have better sex when "using" sugar))))

I agree! Some of you guys need to quit actin' like neurotic women!

As for me, I just don't have a sweet-tooth. Dang. And I'm not a calorie-counter (except when I'm in peak season and try to get a bang for the buck when I eat).

Basically, good diet for most people can be summed up as "Moderation in all things."

There are certainly some who, due to specific medical conditions, must be more conservative than others regarding certain foods, but by and large, just being sensible about portions and eating from a large variety of minimally-processed or unprocessed foods and getting adequate daily exercise is enough to keep most of us quite healthy.

well said VV. Moderation in all things (except cycling and sex). Good way to live.

Removing processed sugar from my diet has been very good for me. Even my man boobs are shrinking.
