I have never tried any of that before.I looks great.I will try those for sure.But i am cycling in order to lose my weight.Are these dishes good for weight loss or I will gain weight ? Hope you answer soon.Thanks for sharing.

You can eat anything you want, just watch how much of it you eat. And you'll want to make sure that your caloric expenditure > caloric intake, in order to lose weight.
Otherwise I don't recommend restricting any kind of food, and the delicious fish dishes I see here are excellent ways to get lean protein, fiber, nutrients and flavor without a lot of calories.
