The Montrose Ride

I'll be doing the Montrose ride today from the TJ's in South Pasadena, while anyone else be there?

Not I old chap, we'll be passing thru on Mission to Grand to head to La Tuna via Colorado. Beuna Suerte Hombre!!

Montrose was fun this morning. Was that you, il bruto, that passed by Tj's somewhere around 8:15?

we ended up passing by around 8:30 and the parking lot looked empty, so you guys were gone. we also had a good ride, with overcast weather with us on the glendale and burbank foothills until the sun came out for a bit as we climbed la tuna. we processed 42 miles. there were a lot of riders today up la tuna, and we ran into a few PAA riders.

i was thinking of doing. glad i didn't. can't imagine the carnage when my crank failed.

Anybody going this weekend? I probably should go just to get back into that hammerfest attitude, although riding up Big T is tempting as well.

I've never done the Montrose ride so I probably should try it. But the Big T ride sounds great too. I need to get some climbing in this weekend.
